My one-week-old baby's first smile!!!

Here’s the very first picture I’ve managed to take of our newborn Sanji smiling.

In French it’s called “sourire aux anges” – “smiling at angels”. 

It’s quite poetic. 

I wonder if there’s a similar saying for this in English
